Organic food – dry dried tomato
During the months of July, August and September, our tomatoes are cut in half and when placed on trays lined fields are sprinkled with sea salt and left to dry for a week. The slow drying under the Sicilian sun gives our tomatoes an intense ruby red color and a strong and inimitable taste.
The dried tomatoes are ideal to enrich your aperitifs, pasta dishes and cakes. Before using them must be put to soak with cool water for a few hours. Portals to the table to enjoy the taste of summer all year.
