Rigatoni is a typical pasta shape, which plays a leading role in lots of recipes of our lands.
Thanks to the bronze drawing, the dough is slightly rough and light in color. Drying takes place slowly, at low temperature (maximum 70 ° C), in order to maintain all the organoleptic and nutritional properties present in the grain, giving the dough a flavor and a fragrance that make it particularly tasty.
